Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your SilentGuard order. This policy explains our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, returns, refunds, cancellations and our 1-year limited warranty. SilentGuard is operated by MetaTik Media LLC.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • 90 full days: the guarantee period starts on the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.
  • Use it as directed: plug in one device per room (each unit covers up to 300 sq ft) and keep it plugged in continuously.
  • Not satisfied? Email us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the price you paid for the returned devices.
  • No restocking fees: we never deduct handling or restocking fees from your refund.

How to return an item and get your refund

  1. Email us first. Send your order number and the devices you want to return to support@trysilentguard.com (subject: “Money-Back Guarantee” or “Return”).
  2. Get your return authorization. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Packages sent without authorization cannot be processed.
  3. Ship it back within 14 days of receiving your authorization, using a trackable shipping service. Include every device you want refunded.
  4. Receive your refund. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it. We confirm by email as soon as it has been issued.

Return shipping

Return shipping for guarantee returns is paid by the customer. If a device arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, we cover return shipping or send a free replacement.

Returning part of a bundle

If you return only some of the devices from a bundle, we refund the price you paid per device for each device you return.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the package and the product. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not pay any shipping.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SilentGuard device is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery. If a device stops working under normal use, we replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to water or liquids, power surges, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every U.S. order, so there are no original shipping charges to refund.
