How the guarantee works
- 90 full days: the guarantee period starts on the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.
- Use it as directed: plug in one device per room (each unit covers up to 300 sq ft) and keep it plugged in continuously. Most customers see results within the first 1–2 weeks.
- Not satisfied? Get your money back: email us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the price you paid for the returned items.
- No restocking fees: we never deduct handling or restocking fees from your refund.
How to claim your refund
- Email support@trysilentguard.com with your order number and the subject “Money-Back Guarantee”.
- We reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and return address.
- Send the devices back within 14 days using a trackable shipping service. Include every device you want refunded; if you return only some devices from a bundle, we refund the price you paid per device for each device returned.
- Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.
Return shipping for guarantee claims is paid by the customer. If a device arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping or send a free replacement.
Plus a 1-Year Limited Warranty
On top of the guarantee, every device is covered against defects for 1 year from delivery. If a device stops working under normal use, we replace it free of charge.
