Want to know where your SilentGuard order is? Here is how to follow it from our warehouse to your door.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
Your order ships within 1–2 business days. As soon as it does, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from SilentGuard.
2. Track on the carrier's website
- United States: orders ship with USPS. Enter your tracking number on the USPS Tracking page.
- United Kingdom: orders ship with Royal Mail. Enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking page.
- Canada: use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update after you receive the email.
3. View your order status
Your order confirmation email includes a View your order button that shows the latest status of your order at any time. If you created an account, you can also sign in to your account to see all your orders.

Need help?
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or you never received a shipping email, contact us at support@trysilentguard.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time.
