- Return shipping: paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items, where we cover it.

How to return an item
- Email us first. Send your order number and the items you want to return to support@trysilentguard.com.
- Get your return authorization. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Packages sent without authorization cannot be processed.
- Ship it back within 14 days using a trackable service. Include every device you want refunded. If you return only some devices from a bundle, we refund the price you paid per device for each device returned.
- Receive your refund. We confirm by email as soon as your refund has been issued.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not pay any shipping.
Want to cancel instead?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering.
